Old Kent Road – Cfield

H1 Interiors Limited installed the SFS and Drylining & Firestopping for this project. The combined programme for these works was 43 weeks. This is a part 10, part 12 storey build and is comprised of 267 student rooms. The design incorporated the use of pods in each unit. It was part of our scope to position each pod into place once the party walls were constructed. H1 assisted in offering a project specific Drylining spec, a full design for the SFS infill & all Firestopping was electronically recorded to the Bolster application.
