Case Studies: 50 Burnhill Road, Beckenham

This project is a collection of 34 residential apartments and is set back from the popular Beckenham high street and includes Studio, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom properties. This project is being delivered by Randalswood Construction on behalf of developer, McGrath. This project has been designed by KO Architects. Our works packages for this project included the Drylining, Screed board installation, SFS External Framing & Façade works (Cladding & Render)

The Drylining was installed under a Steel Formed Sections specification. The system is full compliant and backed by the necessary test data. The use of this system allowed us to offer better value to the Main Contractor than our competitors. The External Framing was also done in Steel Formed Sections heavy gauge metal and the Façade work were a Benx specification. These comprised of an EWI system and an A1 Luxe Cladding at 2mm thick.
