Case Studies: The Rex, Kingston

This is a 212-apartment development located right next to the Kingston station. This development also includes an extensive amenity, including co-working, lounge space, private dining, gym, yoga studio, and a 7th floor roof terrace boasting 360º panoramic views of London’s skyline. This project is designed by HTA and delivered by CField construction. Our works on this project include the Drylining and Screeding packages. The Drylining specification is in Knauf and the screed consists of mostly liquid screed throughout. This project was completed in Autumn 2025.
